With the increase of export trade and the restriction of environmental protection packaging for export products, since 1995, pulp molding industry has made a new leap in our country, began to move towards scale and industrialization. Now domestic pulp molding equipment can not only supply domestic, and has been exported to foreign production lines. The main production equipment of pulp molding products are: hydraulic pulper, pulp pool, molding machine, drying machine, hot press, trimming machine.

Pulp molding machine is one of the main equipment for producing pulp molding products. There are several kinds of molding methods, among which the rotary molding machine has the highest efficiency, suitable for the production of fruit holder, egg holder, bottle holder and other large batch, shallow depth of the shaped special products; The grouting molding machine is mainly used for producing the paper pulp molding products with simple shape and light weight, such as fast tableware, trumpet paper basin, etc. Die-casting molding machine is mainly used to produce pulp molding products with high load-bearing and positioning function. Reciprocating and rotary molding machines are the main models of pulp molding cushioning and shockproof packaging products. 95% of our molding machine is reciprocating molding machine, low production efficiency, high energy consumption, poor adaptability of raw materials, the urgent need for rotary molding machine to solve the defects of reciprocating molding machine. The rotary forming machine was introduced into our country in the mid-1990s, and was developed and perfected rapidly. With the continuous progress of the technology of the domestic turn-over molding machine, more and more shows its superiority and advanced.

After more than ten years of efforts, although the level of pulp molding equipment in our country has made great progress, there are still many deficiencies, the main performance is: 1) mold manufacturing means backward, low efficiency, high cost, resulting in low quality of products processing; 2) our country’s 95% of the molding machine is reciprocating, three-position molding is very low-key, the overall level of automation is not high, low production efficiency. The hot press in the equipment also uses electric heating in a certain range, which consumes a lot of energy. 3) it is suitable for the small parts of paper and plastic mainly depends on imports. 4) the pulp model has not been standardized in China.
